21st Century Finance-‘Boss’

Code named ‘Boss’ by the employees, Orovia designed and developed (in ASP.net utilising Ajax) a bespoke customer management order process system for taking a full credit application, including complex data relating to credit. The system is linked to a ‘credit decision making’ engine ensuring the correct lending option is offered to the customer while fulfilling FSA (financial Services Authority) compliance.

The order process element of ‘Boss’ enables the credit application, with its many milestones, to be taken to conclusion in an efficient and cost effective manner.

The implementation of ‘Boss’ has kept 21st Century competitive and efficient through a period of rapid growth, and through the clever use of scripts, ensured the business met its legal compliance in a heavily regulated market place.
