After leaving school in Leeds Adam began his administrative career with Tay Homes.

The last 11 years have been spent working within one of the largest car hire companies in the UK in a variety of roles from running the 3rd party claims department to travelling around the UK carrying out branch audits.

Prior to leaving Adam’s role was to support Customers in a number of ways including financial and technical problems, handling queries and issues arising in any one of the 100+ branches nationwide.

Adam’s role within Orovia as Customer Support Manager being responsible on the frontline for Customer support services. This role involves him supporting Customers in the pre deployment environment but more importantly managing the support of Customers in both bespoke projects, post deployment and the support and help desks for our product ranges.
