Processing orders through their billing system was a major headache to Nexus so Orovia looked at how software could improve business efficiency. The software solution had to integrate seamlessly into their billing system.
Called 'The Order Gateway', this software has enabled Nexus to make massive efficiency improvements within their administration and billing departments.
