Sypro - (Under Construction)

Sypro (symbiotic project management) was commissioned off the back of the NEC3 contract framework. Sypro recognised the requirement to simplify the communication between clients and their contractors on large scale construction and renovation projects whilst adhering to the contract framework.

Orovia were tasked on designing and developing a web based application, a single repository for Key communication enabling a project team to identify the Early Warning process. Among the range of other benefits produced was a real time visual forecast of the projected final account and Completion date.

The system is designed for clients, project managers and consultants or main contractors managing supply chains.
