What happens if I do not want to sell online initially?

Orovia has developed the ability to turn off the e-commerce feature. You may want your site to provide a rich set of information about your products and then invite your customer to contact you by telephone or email.

How long does it take to get my site up and running?

Once a domain has been registered the majority of sites take only two weeks to design and make available for your input. The site will be available to enter products and descriptions before launching to the public.

Are there any other costs?

If you opt for the single payment option there are no additional costs in year one. In subsequent years there will be an annual fee, currently £199+Vat, which will cover you for hosting, site enhancements and help desk support.

How do I set up a bank account for my site?

We recommend (although this is not mandatory) a PayPal Business Account which is free to set up and will take transactions from all major credit/debit card providers. Orovia processes orders through a ‘Secure Server’ connection. A Secure Server connection means that any information, including names and credit card numbers that pass between the visitor's computer and your site is encrypted and couldn’t be read by anybody either accidently or purposely.

How do I manage my site?

You are in complete control of the management of your site via a login and password known only to yourself. This means that you can manage your site from any computer wherever you are in the world! Additionally, if you leave your computer logged on to the administration area of your site unattended for more than 20 minutes then your secure session is automatically terminated and you will have to log back in.

I have a large database of products. Am I limited to the amount of web space I can have?

There are no additional charges for the amount of space or pages required for your site. You also get an unlimited allowance on the number of people who visit your site and download information. Therefore we will not charge you if your site is busy.
