If you are within range of a Wi-Fi connection your patient's feedback will be delivered to the reporting suite in less than 1 minute, but don't worry, if you don't have Wi-Fi available because you are out in the community or out of range, NPT can carry on collecting the feedback and will send the results automatically when you are back online.
