SchoolsBPS or Schools Budget Planning Software represents the very latest in Budget and Financial Planning software developed specifically for Local Authorities and their schools. Initially developed in conjunction with one of the largest Local Authorities in the UK, it is now utilised by all of its 400 schools.

The system has been designed to replace the excel spreadsheet process currently used by many authorities in the UK, delivering all the added functionality, consistency and security of a web based management system without losing the familiar feel of excel.

SchoolsBPS provides all the schools within a Local Authority with an online system to report on their financial planning process in an accurate and consistent way.
Provides a universal system to calculate the major budget components and deliver an accurate financial plan over a 3-5 year period.
SchoolsBPS has been developed in conjunction with FMSiS Guidelines to help schools meet the Financial Management Standards.
It complies fully with the CFR framework.
